是的，這三個搭配結構相似，但用法卻不同，下面，我們就逐一分析，並透過例句來幫助大家區分它們的用法。

Let’s look at ‘in terms of’. This is used to refer to something specific, and is similar in meaning to ‘in relation to’ and ‘regarding’.
Jiaying
“In terms of” 的意思是 “就…而言，從某個特定的方面來看”，在含義上與 “in relation to” 以及 “regarding” 相近，“In terms of” 可以用在句首或句中，但後面必須緊跟表示所指事物的名詞或動詞-ing 形式。
Beth
Yes. It’s used at the beginning of an adverbial, so, when used, the sentence always needs to have a main clause as well as ‘in terms of’ plus a noun or -ing form.
Jiaying
沒錯，“in terms of” 用於句子的狀語成分開頭，因此它所在的句子中總有一個主句和一個 “in terms of + 名詞或動詞-ing” 的結構，請聽兩個例句。
Examples
This company is the leader of the fizzy drink sector in terms of brand recognition.

‘In light of’ is similar to ‘because of’.
Jiaying
Yes. “In light of” 的意思是 “鑑於；按照，根據”，類似於 “because of”，強調在提到其它事情時，應考慮 “in light of” 後面接的事情，有點像搭配 “bearing in mind（要記住）”。

And because of this, it’s often followed by a specific situation or recent event that needs to be highlighted.

Examples
Smoking was banned in public places in light of studies that showed health risks.
（鑒於研究顯示在公共場所吸菸對健康有危害，因此禁止在公共場所吸菸。）
The companies are reviewing their policies in light of the current economic situation.
（這些公司正在根據當前的經濟形勢稽核他們的政策規定。）

In both examples here, we could replace ‘in light of’ with ‘because of’. However, note that both sentences relate to something that recently occurred.

Let’s look at ‘from the perspective of’. This is the same as ‘in the opinion of’ and is followed by a person or group.

“From the perspective of” 的意思是 “在（某人）看來，從（某人）的角度來看”，介系詞 “of” 後接個人或團體，它和 “in the opinion of” 是一樣的，我們常說 “from the perspective of someone”，然後再說此人或團體對事情的看法，請來聽兩個例句。
Examples
From the perspective of the employees, the new four-day working week should help work-life balance.
（在員工看來，每週四天的新工作制應該有助於在工作和生活中取得平衡。）
The survey was simple to complete, from the perspective of the students.

Here, we see the opinions or beliefs of the employees and students.
